Refund Request Form

Guests can use this form to request a refund. Submitting this form will result in the cancellation of a flight booking for all guests identified below. Bookings cannot be re-instated after cancelling. Fares and fees for service that has already been provided cannot be refunded. If you feel we have not delivered a favourable guest experience and you are requesting compensation please use our Post Travel Enquiry form.
Please note:
  • Before you request a refund, please review our cancellation and refund policy. Saver, Smart and Plus fares are non-refundable. Therefore you are only entitled to a refund of any government taxes and charges.
  • Infants and children cannot be left as remaining guests on a booking as a result of cancellation of all adult guests.
  • You can only use this form if you purchased your ticket directly with Aer Lingus. If you purchased your ticket from a travel agent; tour operator or on another website, please contact them directly regarding your refund.
  • Refunds will go back on to the original payment card and should be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • A Refund Administration fee may apply. Exceptions include fully refundable fare types like Flex / Advantage / Business Flex, and disrupted flights that we have had to cancel.
