Saver, Smart and Plus fares are non-refundable. Therefore you are only eligible for a refund of any government taxes and charges.
A Refund Administration fee may apply. Exceptions include fully refundable fare types like Flex / Advantage / Business Flex, and disrupted flights that we have had to cancel.

You can only use this form if you purchased your ticket directly with Aer Lingus. If you purchased your ticket from a travel agent; tour operator or on another website, please contact them directly regarding your refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used.
Bookings cannot be re-instated after cancelling.
Fares and fees for service that has already been provided cannot be refunded. If you feel we have not delivered a favourable customer experience and you are requesting compensation please use our Post Travel Enquiry form.
Infants and children cannot be left as remaining customers on a booking as a result of cancellation of all adult customers.
