If you booked before 01 February 2023, you can change your flight as much as you need up to 7 days before departure. We won't charge you a change fee but a fare difference may apply.
This includes changing dates and/or destination provided it's within the same region (Europe or North America).
Choose our AerSpace, Smart, Advantage, Flex, Business or Business Flex fare and you can get a voucher if you decide not to travel.
Apply for a voucher at least 2 hours in advance of your flight and it will be with you within 30 days. Use it to buy flights, bags, seat selection and lounge access.
Choose our Advantage, Flex, Business (less 15% of fare) or Business Flex fare and you'll get a cash refund if you decide not to travel.

You can change your flight in our Manage Booking facility. A fare difference may apply.
You can change your travel dates and fly up to 330 days from the date the change is made, subject to availability.
You can also change your destination once it's within the same region. For example, flights within Europe can be changed to another European destination, and flights to/from North America can be changed to another transatlantic destination.
Your origin airport cannot be changed.

You can apply for a voucher if you purchased an Advantage, or AerSpace fare to Europe, or a Smart, Saver, Flex or any Business fare to North America. It must be requested up to two hours before your scheduled departure date. You are not eligible for a voucher if you purchased a Saver or Plus fare to Europe or a Saver fare to North America.
