UK Air Traffic Control (NATS) Issue ‐ 08 September 2026

We are aware of a technical issue affecting UK air traffic control (NATS) systems, which is causing disruption to some Aer Lingus flights across the UK and Europe. NATS has confirmed cause of the issue and its teams are investigating.

As a result, some Aer Lingus flights to and from UK airports, as well as a number of European services, may be affected. Our teams are monitoring the situation closely and working to minimise disruption where possible. We are also contacting affected customers directly with the latest information on their travel options.

We thank our customers for their patience whilst this issue, which is beyond our control, is being resolved.
