We want to make flying with us as enjoyable as possible, and that includes organising your flight or making changes to it, and providing welcome feedback. If you have queries or comments on any aspect of your flight (before or after your trip), this section will point you in the right direction.

Please note: We are currently in receipt of a large volume of correspondence to our office at this time.
