Plans change all the time, so if you need to change your flight booking, we've made it as easy as possible to sort it quickly and simply online.
Only bookings made through the Aer Lingus website can be changed online (except Gold Circle redemption bookings and bookings to/from the U.S. and Canada which includes United, JetBlue, Air Canada or Flybe connections). To change bookings made through other channels such as our call centre or a travel agent, please contact the original sales agent.
Please note if you have purchased travel extras in your original booking, they are not automatically transferred to your new booking. It is best to contact the provider in question to ensure that everything is in order on your updated booking.

We're happy to accept changes up to two hours prior to the scheduled departure time*. However, if you don't advise us that you wish to change your flight before it's scheduled to depart, your ticket will be non-refundable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the fare type you purchased. You'll then have to make a new booking.

* Please note that changes may be subject to a fee, plus any possible fare difference.

If your booking was made on aerlingus.com you can change the travel dates, times or your destination in the 'Manage Trip' facility. You simply need to know your booking reference as well as the departure airport, arrival airport and the email address of your booking.

Note: If you didn't book online, please contact your local reservations office to change your booking.

Payment is required at the time of making the change, and if you've a paper ticket, payment is required at the ticket desk as your ticket will need to be updated.
