How to get from Toronto airport to the city centre
The Toronto Pearson Airport ( YYZ) is located approximately 40km from the city centre. It takes around 40 minutes by car to get to town. There are a few transport options for you to use:
Train: Union Pearson Express is a fast connection between the airport and Union Station. The service runs every 15 minutes and takes around 30 minutes.
Taxi: Licensed taxis are widely popular. It will cost you around $65 CAD and takes around 40 minutes for a ride to town.
Bus: There is an express bus available at the airport. Buses run between Kipling Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway and the airport only.
Shuttle buses: Many nearby hotels offer shuttle bus services. Look out for the pick-up area outside your terminal.
