Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, Chicago has a lot to offer. Lincoln Park Zoo: Lincoln Park Zoo is home to a wide range of animals, including big cats, polar bears, penguins, gorillas, reptiles, monkeys and more totalling about 1,100 animals. Admission is free and it is located just minutes from downtown Chicago at Lake Shore Drive. There is parking available nearby. The ZOO is open every day and definitely worth a stroll around, especially if you are travelling with kids!
Chicago Architecture River Cruise: Chicago's tall buildings are well known to most and there is nothing like seeing it from a leisurely cruise on the river. The 75 minute architecture boat tour will show you over 40 Chicago landmarks. Sit back and enjoy the magnificent views that Chicago has to offer. Adults go for $40 and children for $20.
360 Chicago Observation Deck: Tower above the Windy City's world-famous skyline with admission to 360 Chicago. 94 floors high, the observation deck is one of the tallest buildings in America. This is an amazing experience! Take a super-fast lift to the top of the tower and admire Chicago from above. Upgrade your ticket to include TILT and enjoy a downward-facing ride from 1,030 feet. Standard tickets are $21, make sure you book in advance.
