What to see in Dublin
Take a tour: Dublin is a small city so a walking tour can be a great way to orientate yourself during the early days of your vacation. There are many options when it comes to walking tours highlighting different elements of Dublin from its history to musical or literary life.
Visit a Museum: The National Museum of Decorative Arts and History is housed in a former Army Barracks close to the city and contains a wide variety of artifacts from Ireland's past, including fashion, furniture, and jewellery. It is also home to wide variety of temporary exhibitions.
Visit a Neighbourhood: The area surrounding the Guinness Storehouse is one of Dublin's longest established Neighbourhoods known as the Liberties. Historically many of its residents worked in the Guinness Brewery and nearby distilleries. Today it is home to Dublin's Digital Hub and a host of markets, bars, and cafes. It is well worth a visit for lunch or dinner.

Guinness Storehouse: hear the story of Ireland's most famous beer on this interactive tour. The tour ends in the Gravity Bar, an enclosed rooftop bar with panoramic views of Dublin city.
Trinity College: located right at the heart of Dublin city, Trinity is Ireland's oldest university dating from the 1700's. During the summer months students offer walking tours of their historic campus and will show you where you can see Ireland's most famous manuscript, the Book of Kells.
Temple Bar: the oldest part of Dublin is now home to some of its most famous and restaurants as well as a whole host of cultural attractions including theatres, independent cinema and galleries.
