How to get from the airport to the city centre?

Palma International Airport is approximately 15km from the centre of the city, Plaza Mayor. There are taxis and buses available at the airport, and journeys can range from 20-30min and can cost you between €5-€30.

Taxi: There are plenty of taxis available outside the terminal, and a trip to the city centre will take approximately 20 minutes and cost you around €25-€30. An extra charge can be applied for excess luggage. It is a good option when travelling in a group.

Bus: Buses are available from the outside of the terminal and go all the way to the city centre. Departures are roughly every 15 minutes and a one-way ticket costs €5, which you can purchase from the driver in cash. They are a reliable option but can get very crowded and with little space for luggage.

Do I need a Visa to visit Palma de Mallorca?

Passports are always required except for citizens of the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or countries that are members of the European Economic Area.
