Avios-Only Flights Go Transatlantic

An Avios-Only flight is one on which every seat on the flight is available as a reward seat. Available exclusively to AerClub members, these are direct flights operated by Aer Lingus.

Flights connecting to or from other destinations are not included and will only use commercial availability.

We have two upcoming flights to and from New York JFK, which you can book from 17 June 2026 until all seats are sold out.

• EI109 Dublin to New York (DUB–JFK) departing 13 November 2026 at 14:00
• EI108 New York to Dublin (JFK–DUB) departing 17 November 2026 at 22:00

Flights can be booked until all seats are sold, or Aer Lingus determines remaining seats may become available to all customers. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis while seats last.

These seats cost 10% less than the standard Reward Flight price for the below flights only:

• EI108 New York to Dublin (JFK–DUB) departing 17 November 2026 at 22:00

These return flights can be booked for just 23,400 Avios per person in Economy, while Business Class is priced at 90,000 Avios return, plus taxes, fees and carrier charges. You can also choose from a range of Avios + Cash options, should you not have enough Avios to cover the whole ticket. The 10% discount will be applied to the Avios amount chosen only. You do not have to book a return flight and can book a one-way flight from as little as 11,700 Avios in economy (including 10% off).

For a limited period, the Avios-Only flights shown below are available with a promotional 10% discount on the Avios element of the flight.The promotional discount is only available on the following Avios-Only flights:

If a one-way Avios-Only flight is combined with another Reward Flight during the promotional booking period, the 10% discount will only apply to the specified flights above.

Yes, you can book a return or a one-way journey.

Yes, you can book Economy and Business class on these Avios-Only flights (EI109 and EI108) as they are both long-haul.

Absolutely, we want you to have the holiday that suits you. If you want to depart or arrive on a different day, you can simply book one leg of your journey as an Avios-Only flight and the other on a regular flight as a Reward Flight. Please note that the 10% off the Avios amount offer only applies to these flights:

It's not possible to combine an Avios-Only flight (or any other Reward Flight) with a commercial flight on the same booking. However, you can always make two separate bookings if that's what suits you best.

Yes, each passenger has the below baggage included for this reward flight to New York:

• 1 x 10Kg Cabin bag - placed in the overhead locker, plus, one small personal item placed under seat
• 1 x 23Kg checked bag allowance.

Yes, it is possible to purchase a seat, an additional bag or special equipment online or by contacting Aer Lingus up to 4 hours before departure. Contact us if you wish to buy a seat, additional bags, or sports equipment.

All changes or cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight being changed or cancelled. For amendments more than 24 hours before departure, you will be charged any increase in Avios and tax/RFS plus a €42.50 pp Amendment fee. If it is less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, no amendments can be made.

For cancellations more than 24 hours before departure, the Avios/Avios and Money is fully refundable. All taxes, fees and charges are refundable, minus a €42.50 pp cancelation fee. If it is less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, the Avios/Avios and Money is NON-REFUNDABLE. All taxes fees and charges ARE refundable. In this case the amendment or cancellation fee will not be charged.

You also have a 24-hour cooling off period from the time you make the booking to receive a full refund as long as travel is not within the next 24 hours.
