We’ve partnered with PressReader to bring digital newspapers and magazines to your flight for free

We’re excited to share the news that PressReader is now available for Aer Lingus guests. PressReader is a leading provider of digital newspapers and magazines with over 7,000 publications available around the world. Irish titles include The Irish Times, and Irish and Sunday Independent.

Guest on board using PressReader

Leading international publications such as Vogue, Rolling Stone, GQ and The Guardian are all accessible via the PressReader mobile apps and website. With PressReader, you can search for and read publications right from your own device before, during, and after your flight.

Here’s how it works

We’ll include a link to PressReader in your Before You Fly email – it’s the one that gets sent 24 hours before your flight is due to depart. Use this link to download the PressReader app and start searching for your favourite titles to read onboard your flight.

Just remember – aircraft operating our European network are not WiFi-enabled, so you’ll need to download your publications before takeoff. Even on transatlantic flights where WiFi is available, we recommend downloading your titles while you’re on the ground so that you don’t use up too much of your inflight data allowance.

Alternatively, if you’re enjoying one of our lounges in Dublin, London Heathrow, or New York JFK, just connect to Aer Lingus WiFi and you’ll have full access to PressReader’s library.

The number of titles you can access, as well as the duration of access, is determined by your fare type. Full details on content packages and answers to other FAQs can be found here.
