We’ve enhanced the cleaning of all our planes to include: Spray treating hard surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectant Daily deep-cleaning tray tables, armrests and windows by hand State-of-the-art air filtration on board All our Airbus aircraft are fitted with state-of-the-art air filtration technology to hospital standards 99.97% of particles are removed by this technology and cabin air is replaced every three minutes Keeping you healthy and safe on your next trip Before your flight Check in online to get your boarding pass Don’t forget to bring your mandatory face mask Make sure you’re well enough to travel When you arrive at the airport Wear your face mask and practice good respiratory and hand hygiene etiquette Use self-service kiosks to check in luggage At the boarding gate You’ll scan your own boarding card and board in small groups by seat row number Our new boarding process means that priority boarding is no longer available Onboard your flight Our in-flight services, including food and drink, have been suspended on our short-haul flights There’ll be a reduced in-flight service available on our transatlantic flights We’ve moved exclusively to contactless payments for in-flight shopping Find out more here.
