Flexi summer flights – our 2021 promise to you

With so many plans up in the air right now, we know how important flexibility is for you. That’s why we’ve made booking with us more flexible than ever.

Here’s our summer 2021 promise to you…

1. Free, unlimited changes all summer long

You can change the date of your flight for free as often as you need up until two hours before departure. This is available on every route and all fare types until 30 September 2021 – Saver, Plus, Smart, Advantage and Flex.

This means you can change any flight departing before the end of 2021 without paying a change fee – just change your travel date before 30 September 2021. A fare difference may apply.

2. Guaranteed voucher

Choose our Plus, Smart, Advantage, Flex, Business or Business Flex fare and you can get a voucher if you decide not to travel. Once you apply for a voucher, it will be with you within 30 days.

Your voucher can be used to buy flights, bags, advance seat selection and lounge access via aerlingus.com. You can find lots of information about using vouchers on our Voucher Information page.

3. Cash refund

Choose our Advantage, Flex, Business or Business Flex fare and you’ll get a refund if you decide not to travel.

If you have purchased an Advantage fare and you decide not to travel, you can apply for a refund via our Refund Request page.
