New Dublin-London City route
Guests flying from London City Airport will also enjoy greater connectivity to Aer Lingus' North American destinations via a seamless transfer and U.S. Customs and Immigration Pre-Clearance in Dublin Airport.
All Cityjet bookings for flights on or after 28 October have now been transferred to Aer Lingus.
Guests will be accommodated on the flight with the closest departure time, as the Aer Lingus schedule may vary from the original CityJet booking.
Guests migrated from CityJet will receive an Aer Lingus confirmation email outlining details of their booking (including the Aer Lingus booking reference, flight times, etc.).
If the new departure time is not suitable, and you wish to change it, please contact the Aer Lingus Reservations teams on 1890 800 600 in Ireland or 0333 004 5000 in the UK.
One free change per flight is available to all transferred Cityjet bookings.

If you are flying one way on or before the 27 October and returning on or after the 28 October, your booking will be split.
Your original booking will stand for your flight on or before 27 October with CityJet. You will receive a new booking confirmation from Aer Lingus for your return flight.
Guests who transfer their booking will be able to check-in online here. Guests who need to make any changes to a booking (ie. adding bags, date change, seat change, etc.) will need to contact the Aer Lingus Reservations teams on 1890 800 600 in Ireland or 0333 004 5000 from the UK.
Guests travelling from Dublin Airport are required to check in up to 40 minutes prior to departure at Terminal 2. Guests travelling from London City Airport are required to check in up to 30 minutes prior to departure.
Guests can save time by checking in online or at the self-service kiosks at Dublin and London City Airports using their new Aer Lingus booking reference.

Yes, re-accommodated guests who are members of AerClub can claim Avios and Tier Credits for their new flights. Avios and Tier Credits can be claimed here after your journey is complete.
