Regulation (EC) 261 / 2004

If you are denied boarding or your flight is cancelled or delayed more than 3 hours on arrival for reasons within control of the airline you may be eligible for a refund, compensation or expenses under EU Regulation 261/2004. We have received an unprecedented volume of refund and voucher requests since the Covid pandemic caused the cancellation of flights. In excess of 90% of the requests received have been processed.

We expect to have all cash refund requests received up to the end of August cleared by the end of October. All refund voucher requests received up to the end of August will be cleared by the end of December.
