What is the voucher offer?
We have introduced a voucher offer for guests booked on flights for travel up to 30 June 2020. We are offering guests the value of their flights (fare, taxes and charges, ancillary purchases) plus 10%. For example, if a guest's flight cost €200, we will issue a voucher to the value of €220.
What flights is the voucher offer applicable on?
Vouchers are valid for guests booked on flights for travel up to 30 June 2020.
When is the expiry date?
The voucher is valid for five years from issue date.
Who can avail of a voucher?
The voucher offer is available for guests with bookings made on aerlingus.com and due to travel on flights up to 30 June 2020 and on cancelled flights.
Does the voucher include ancillaries such as seats, bags etc.?
Yes the value of the voucher will include fare, taxes, charges, seats, bags and administration fee. It will not apply for any third party payments. Third party ancillaries such as car hire are not included.
How will I receive the voucher?
The lead guest on the booking will receive the voucher by email.
Does each guest on a booking receive a voucher?
No, the lead guest should apply and only one voucher will be issued per booking.
How long does it take to receive the voucher once submitted?
Due to the high number of recent requests, unfortunately it's taking us longer than expected to issue vouchers. We're working as quickly as we can to get them issued over the coming weeks. We're sorry for the delay and any inconvenience.
If my outbound flight is booked before 30 June but my return is after this date, do I get a voucher for the full value?
Yes, please apply online using the form.
Can the voucher be redeemed across multiple bookings?
Any credit remaining following redemption of the voucher may be used within the original validity period towards future flight purchases.
