Travel Checklist

Before your flight
Do not go to the airport if you have COVID-19 symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or suspect case of COVID-19, including family members.
Review the country-specific travel requirements and restrictions for the latest information before you fly
Check in online and download a printed or mobile boarding pass.
Don't forget to bring your mandatory face mask for your outbound and return journeys. Ensure you have a sufficient supply of masks for all travel.

Make sure you're well enough to travel. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or suspect case (including family members) we would ask you not to travel to the airport. When checking in you will be required to make a self-declaration to confirm that you do not have these symptoms.
Plan to arrive early at the airport to allow extra time for security and boarding activities due to social distancing requirements.
When you arrive at the airport
Access to airport terminals is limited to guests with a confirmed flight booking and airport staff. Accompanying persons should access airport terminals only in special circumstances (e.g. when accompanying or picking up a passenger that requires assistance, such as persons with reduced mobility or unaccompanied minors).
Wear your face mask and practice good respiratory and hand hygiene etiquette
We recommend that you check in all hand baggage and remember not to carry lithium batteries in your checked baggage.
Use self-service kiosks to check in your bags.
Allow extra time for queuing and adhere to all social distancing measures.
At the boarding gate
You'll board in small groups by seat row number. Allow extra time for boarding.
Have your boarding card ready to scan yourself and show your passport or ID to the boarding staff.
On board your flight
Bring any refreshments you'll need for your trip as our in-flight services, including food and drink, have been suspended on flights within Europe.
Bring your debit or credit cards as we've moved exclusively to contactless payments for in-flight shopping.
Continue to wear your face covering throughout your flight and replace it after being worn for four hours.
On arrival
Remain in your seat and follow the new procedures for disembarkation.
Collect your bags and leave the terminal building as soon as possible.
Continue to wear your face covering until you leave your destination airport.
