You will be sent the Lounge Pass email and you must bring it with you to
the airport as you must submit it at the reception desk, along with your
boarding card. Entry will not be permitted without a print out.
Access to the lounge can only be redeemed with the Lounge Pass by the
passenger(s) named on the email.
You will not be able to gain access to the lounge without the Lounge
Pass.
Please note that children and infants are permitted to use lounges
subject to local lounge access policy.
Children and infants must be accompanied by an adult at all times when
using an airport lounge.
It is the passengers' responsibility to print the Lounge Pass and submit
it to the lounge. Entry will not be permitted without a print out.
Lounge access is valid only for the flight, date, airport lounge and
person(s) named in this Lounge Pass for a maximum of 2 hours before
flight boarding.
The Lounge Pass is not transferable and will expire once the departure
time of the flight has passed.
There is no refund due on unused, misplaced or unprinted Lounge Passes.
Lounge Passes cannot be reprinted in the airport by any Aer Lingus
representative, Handling Agent or Lounge Operator.
The Lounge Pass can only be used for the lounge and airport booked for
your itinerary.
Access is subject to availability and access maybe refused in the event
of operational issues.
