Terms & Conditions You can now pre-order your meal by simply adding it during your flight booking on or afterwards via the Manage Booking facility. Inflight Dining
  • If you change your flight, Aer Lingus cannot provide your meal order and no refund will be offered.
  • If your flight is otherwise cancelled or rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of the pre-order meal. In such circumstances, you may request a refund by completing the pre-order meal refund form online.
  • If you upgrade your booking to Business class on our transatlantic services, you may apply for a refund. 
  • Should the Pre-Order Meal you ordered not be available on a transatlantic flight you will be served a regular meal instead. Should this occur you may apply for a refund.
  • Should you change your seat, please notify a member of our Cabin Crew to avoid delay in serving your meal.
