How do I view my itinerary?
1. Retrieve your Booking
You must fill in the required information correctly in order to retrieve your booking.
- Booking Reference: Unique identifier containing a series of six alpha and numeric characters, which can be found on your Email Confirmation.
- Departing From: Departure city for your outward itinerary.
- Arriving At: Arrival city for your outward itinerary.
- Email Address: Email address provided for your booking.
2. View Your Itinerary
Your itinerary details will be displayed including your flight numbers, departure and arrival times, passenger names and any prebooked baggage and seat assignment information where available.
If you wish to request a confirmation email to be sent to your email address, click "Request Confirmation Email".
When you are finished reviewing your details click "Cancel".
3. Request Confirmation Email
If you wish to request a confirmation email to be sent to your email address, click "Request Confirmation Email". You can either receive a confirmation email to your current email address provided or a new address you wish to use.
4. Update Contact Information
Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date. Any changes to your booking will be notified to the email address or phone number provided for the booking.
