Starting 23 October, you can fly direct from Cork to the fairytale streets of Prague. Flights to snow-dusted Geneva take off from Cork on 20 December, while a brand-new route from Dublin to Turin begins on 21 December, bringing the epic Italian Alps within easy reach. And for something truly out of the ordinary, new direct flights from Dublin to Troms\u00f8 offer the chance to chase the Northern Lights in Arctic Norway. Our new routes make it simpler than ever to plan a seasonal getaway… whether you\u2019re a skier, a city explorer, or someone who just loves cosy caf\u00e9s, epic scenery and winter vibes.<\/p>\n

Troms\u00f8: an Arctic adventure from Dublin<\/h2>\n

For those in the mood for something truly incredible, our new route to Troms\u00f8 opens up the wonders of Arctic Norway. Located above the Arctic Circle, Troms\u00f8 is one of the best places in the world to see the Northern Lights. With direct flights from Dublin starting this winter, this remote, magical destination will be easily reached from Ireland.<\/p>\n

To take in your surroundings, hop on board the Fjellheisen cable car to the summit of Mount Storsteinen for a panoramic view of the snowy landscape and a chance to witness the legendary aurora borealis. Visit the iconic Arctic Cathedral, explore the city\u2019s cosy bars and caf\u00e9s, or tuck into warming dishes like reindeer stew and fresh Arctic char.<\/p>\n

Adventure-lovers can head to Troms\u00f8 Alpinpark, just 12km from the airport, which offers slopes for both intermediate and experienced skiers. If you fancy giving snowmobiling or husky sledding a try, Troms\u00f8 makes an excellent base.<\/p>\n

Direct flights from Cork now mean it\u2019s never been easier to swap Ireland’s South Atlantic breeze for the Gothic beauty of Prague. This is a city that thrives in winter: you’ll find castles shrouded in mist, medieval lanes dusted with snow and cosy candlelit pubs serving up strong beer and hearty comfort food.<\/p>\n

Fly in on a Thursday and spend your first evening strolling through the Old Town, stopping at a traditional hospoda for a plate of dumplings and a glass of Pilsner. Then cross the Charles Bridge at twilight, when the lanterns flicker and the city looks like a film set.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t yet considered Geneva for a winter break, it’s time to take a closer look. This elegant Swiss city combines Alpine air with urban style; now, thanks to direct flights from Cork, it\u2019s a really easy weekend escape.<\/p>\n

Geneva has a reputation as a business hub, but it\u2019s also full of surprising experiences. The lakeside setting is gorgeous in winter, with views of Mont Blanc on a clear day.
