Plenty of Irish travellers fly into Faro, but few take the time to explore the city itself, which has bucket loads of charm. Spring (April to June) brings mild weather, blooming flowers and fewer crowds \u2014 ideal for a wander around Lisbon or a ramble through Alentejo.
