Yes, tour operators and travel agents may pre-order a meal on flights booked on your behalf. They can do this on aerlingus.com provided they booked the flights through it in the first place.
Yes, but only on Aer Lingus operated services.
- Meal orders must be placed no later than 24 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure time.
- If there’s more than one passenger travelling, a separate meal order must be placed for each person.
- After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a pre-order meal voucher.
- To receive your meal on-board, simply present your voucher to a member of cabin crew during the flight.

While we don’t serve peanuts or derivatives as part of snacks or meals, there may be trace elements of unspecified peanut ingredients (including peanut oils) in meals and snacks. Regrettably, we cannot offer a special meal that is nut/peanut-free. We also can’t prevent other passengers from bringing nut-based products on board and consuming them during the course of a flight and therefore strongly encourage customers with allergies to take all necessary medical precautions to prepare for the possibility of exposure.
