Summer 2023: New Greek And Italian Routes – Aer Lingus

Summer 2023: Three stunning new Greek and Italian routes

We’re delighted to launch three new European routes next year. From summer 2023, you can fly direct from Dublin to the gorgeous Greek island of Kos, as well as Italian sunspots Olbia (Sardina) and Brindisi (Puglia).

Irish holiday-makers love travelling to Italy and Greece for their sunny getaways, which is why we’re giving you even more choice next year. So if you’re on the lookout for somewhere new to explore in summer 2023, you’ll adore our latest additions.

Idyllic island getaways with our new Greek route

With a reputation for amazing weather and gorgeous scenery, Kos is a great place for your next sun holiday. Sitting pretty on the Aegean Sea, this Greek island paradise is a treasure trove of beautiful beaches, wildflower valleys and millenia-old gems. Whether you’re looking for all-inclusive relaxation or a taste of Greek wilderness, you can find it in Kos.

La dolce vita in our new Italian destinations

Nowhere in Italy is quite like Sardinia. With its palm-lined waterfront, harbour city Olbia is the perfect jumping off point. Boasting huge stretches of fine-sand beaches and turquoise waters, Costa Smeralda is just a short drive away. Far from just a beach destination, Sardinia is full of surprises from prehistoric sites to unique culinary delights.

On the coast of the Adriatic Sea in southern Italy, Brindisi is a joy to explore. With baroque architecture, ancient temples and beautiful beaches, there’s a lot to see and do around the city. As your gateway to the greater Puglia region, this is your chance to explore the olive groves of Salento, Gargano National Park and everything in between.

All of these new routes will operate twice a week. Dublin to Kos starts from May 2023, Dublin to Olbia starts from May 2023 and Dublin to Brindisi starts from June 2023.
