Airport Information and Directions
Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is located in the northwestern-most corner of Chicago, Illinois, approximately 17 miles from the city of Chicago. From Chicago, take I-90/I94 for approximately 11 miles. Keep right onto I-190 and go for approximately 3 miles. Arrivals terminals are on the left.
Terminal Information
Aer Lingus operate from Terminal 5 at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Aer Lingus check-in is located on the Departures Level.
Check-In Time
Please check-in three and a half hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
Lounge Location
Passengers traveling in Aer Lingus Business Class or Gold Circle Club members are eligible to use the Air France Lounge beside Gate M7 in Terminal 5.
Connecting to United Airlines from Aer Lingus
Aer Lingus passengers who have pre-cleared U.S. Customs and Immigration and connecting to a United Airlines flight, whose bags are checked through to the final destination, may proceed directly to other Terminals via the free ATS (Airport Transit System) for connecting flights.
Connecting to Aer Lingus from United Airlines
Upon arrival at Terminal 1 or 2, passengers should take the ATS (Airport Transit System), to Terminal 5 where passengers holding a boarding pass may proceed directly to the gate for their Aer Lingus flight.
