Terminal Information
Aer Lingus operates from Terminal E at Boston Logan Airport. Check-in is on the 3rd Floor.

Connecting with JetBlue
Connecting to JetBlue from Aer Lingus: Upon arrival customers who have not pre-cleared in Ireland must proceed through immigration, then claim checked bags and go through customs. After clearing customs, customers can check in for their JetBlue flight by following signs to "Connecting Flights" and then proceeding to the Aer Lingus counter, or may check-in directly at the JetBlue terminal. Aer Lingus flights arrive at Boston Logan (BOS) Terminal E. JetBlue flights depart from Logan's Terminal C. It is a short 5 minute walk between Terminal E and Terminal C.
Connecting to Aer Lingus from JetBlue: Checked bags will be automatically transferred from JetBlue flights to Aer Lingus flights. Customers will not have access to their checked baggage at BOS. Upon arrival at Logan's Terminal C, it is a short 5 minute walk between Terminal C and Terminal E where customers may check in for their Aer Lingus flight.
Ground Transportation/Taxis
Taxi, shared ride van, train and bus are available from the airport. Transfers to and from the terminals are made by shuttle bus.
Mass Transit: Bus services serving Logan International Airport are operated by Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) and the airport is served by bus routes 448, 459 and CT3. Detailed fare and schedule information. The MBTA subway operates from Airport Station on the Blue Line to South Station in downtown Boston. There is a free shuttle bus service from the Airport Station to all terminals.
