How do I place an order to pre-book my meal?
You can order a meal of your choice on aerlingus.com only. This can be booked during the booking process on aerlingus.com or via the online Manage Booking facility.
Can I buy a meal on board the aircraft or at a ticket desk?
No, pre-order meals will be available exclusively for order via aerlingus.com.
Can I place an order with cabin crew for my next flight?
No, pre-order meals will be available exclusively for order via aerlingus.com.
What is latest time I can pre-order a meal?
You can pre-order your meal up to, but no later than 36 hours before the flight's scheduled departure time.
Pre-order meals are available on my flight - why can't I place my order?
It is likely that your flight is less than 36 hours from scheduled departure and you have missed the pre-order time requirement, or your flight departs outside the advanced booking time - please see terms & conditions for information.
What would happen if my flight is booked through a Travel agent or Tour operator?
Tour operators and Travel agents may only Pre-Order a meal on flights booked on your behalf through aerlingus.com.
The tour operator and travel agent can use the Aer Lingus Manage Booking facility using the details used at the time of booking to place a meal order on your behalf.
Can a meal be ordered if you book your flight through JetBlue/UA/BA?
Yes, only on Aer Lingus operated services.
What meal options are available on Short Haul flights?
1. An all day full Irish breakfast of 2 pork sausages, grilled bacon, tomato, black & white pudding and a hash brown served with McCambridge's Irish brown bread, fresh Orange Juice and a choice of tea or coffee.
2. Succulent soy marinated chicken and green pesto infused noodles on a bed of lettuce with pineapple, tomato and toasted sesame seeds accompanied by ponzu dressing. Accompanied by a freshly baked soft white roll, served with a choice of tea or coffee.
3. Pepper-seared beef served with german potato salad, artichoke, fresh lettuce and tomato accompanied by horseradish sauce on the side. Accompanied by a freshly baked soft white roll, served with a choice of tea or coffee.

Sky Deli Pre-Order Process
- Meal orders must be placed no later than 36 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure time. Orders can be placed during the booking flow on aerlingus.com, or at the ‘Manage Booking’ page if you already hold an aerlingus.com reservation.
- If there is more than one customer, a separate meal order must be placed for each person.
- After payment you will receive a confirmation email containing a pre-order meal redemption voucher.
- In order to receive your meal on board, you must present your voucher to a member of cabin crew during the flight.
