FAQs about the Theme Park and Vouchers/Tickets:

Q: What payment cards do you accept?
A: Visa, Amex, Diners and MasterCard. Maestro/Switch/Solo may be used if you are purchasing a voucher in GBP. If you are purchasing a voucher in EUR, Laser may also be used.

Q: When will my card be debited for a booking I've made?
A: In most cases your card will debited on the same day as you make your transaction.

Q: What charges are included with the ticket price when I book with you?
A: All charges relating to your transaction will be included in your final price.

Q: When will I receive my vouchers?
A: An email containing your voucher, will be sent to you after purchase. You will need to bring this voucher with you to Universal Orlando, to collect your tickets.

Q: Can Customers outside of Ireland buy the 2 Park Bonus ticket from Aer Lingus?
A: Yes, you will need to use the appropriate country access code along with the phone numbers given in the 'Contact Us' section below.

Q: Why can't I select different Ticket type, options?
A: Currently Aer Lingus only sell the 2 Park Bonus Ticket.

Q: How can I confirm that my vouchers have been booked and issued?
A: Upon receipt of full payment, Aer Lingus will dispatch vouchers via email.The majority of emails containing vouchers will be dispatched within 72 hours of your booking.

Q: How do I exchange my Vouchers for Theme Park Tickets?
A: Vouchers can be exchanged for park tickets at any Universal Orlando front gate ticket window. Valid photo ID will be required for voucher to ticket exchange.

Q: Do these Theme Park Tickets every expire?
A: Yes, the ticket expires 14 days after the date of first use. If you do not use the voucher within 90 days, they will expire and no refund will be given for un-used vouchers/tickets, or part thereof.

Q: What if I need to change my booking, eg I change my travel dates?
A: If you need to make a change to your booking once you have received your vouchers, the vouchers will still be valid up to 90 days from date of purchase.

Q: Can I buy a one day Universal Ticket from Aer lingus?
A: No, Aer Lingus currently sell the 2 Park Bonus Ticket only.

Q: Do any of the days have to be taken consecutively?
A: The tickets are valid for 14 consecutive days from the first day of use, however you can go as much or as little as you like over this 14 day period.

Q: Can I use my 2 Park Bonus Ticket to visit more than one park in a day?
A: Yes, you could visit ALL the parks in any one day and that would only constitute one day of use.

Q: What should I do if I do not receive the email containing my vouchers?
A: In the unlikely event of your vouchers not arriving via email, we urge you to get in touch with us immediately. Aer Lingus will cancel the vouchers that have been issued and re-issue new ones. The cancelled vouchers will then become null and void. Attempted use of these cancelled vouchers will be detected at the gate.

Q: I have lost/ mistakeinly deleted my email containing my voucher(s), what do I do?
A: You will need to contact Aer Lingus immediately. Please see the 'Contact Us' section at the bottom of this FAQs section. We will cancel the vouchers that have been issued and re-issue new ones. The cancelled vouchers will then become null and void. Attempted use of these cancelled vouchers will be detected at the gate.

Q: Will you use my personal information to send me spam?
A: When you book with us we will ask for your name, address, credit card details and telephone number and email address, which we will securely hold against our records of your transaction. Credit and debit card details are also securely held. This allows us to fulfil your ticket request and track your order and contact you regarding your booking. You will not receive any information not related to your booking.

Q: What should I do if I require wheelchair access to a venue?
A: Universal can easily accommodate this at the park.

Q: I no longer want the items I bought - can I get a refund?
A: No, unfortunately there is a no refund policy on these vouchers.

Q: What if Aer Lingus have to change/alter my flight booking, what will happen to my tickets?
A: We will endeavour never to change a confirmed booking. However, if it is necessary, you will be advised without delay and alternative comparable arrangements will be offered in relation to your flight. No change will be necessary for your Universal booking, as you will exchange vouchers for tickets at the venue. If however you decide not to travel because we have changed your flights, please contact us immediately to organise a possible refund.

Q: What are the Park opening times?
A: Universal Studios® and Islands of Adventure theme parks are open 365 days a year. Operating hours normally begin at 9:00 a.m. and closing times vary.
Universal CityWalk® operating hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., 365 days a year.

From Orlando International Airport:
  1. Take the SR-528 West 11 miles to I-4 East.
  2. Take I-4 East 2 miles to exit 75A.
  3. Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage.
From I-4 Eastbound (Walt Disney World® Resort/Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee):
  1. Take I-4 East to exit 75A.
  2. Follow the signs to Universal Orlando's main parking garage.
From I-4 Westbound (Downtown Orlando/I-95):
  1. Take I-4 West to exit 74B.

Q: How do I purchase items?
A: If you wish to purchase Universal tickets, please phone our Aer Lingus Team on the phone number provided in the 'Contact Us' section at the bottom of the FAQs section. Please have your payment details to hand.

Aer Lingus does not have to pay compensation or accept liability if our performance is affected by an event beyond our control. We include the following as events beyond our control - war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, bad weather conditions, technical problems to transport, temporary or permanent closure of attractions or any other force majeur.
