Special Assistance Information
Aer Lingus' priority is to always ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during their journey. To do this, we encourage passengers who may need assistance during travel to contact us well in advance of their date of travel to enable us to assess their needs, make suitable arrangements and ensure that relevant information is transmitted to relevant third parties, such as a destination airport. Passengers must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to Aer Lingus of their requirements.
