How to request a refund

• Fill out all fields in the refund request form as shown below and click on 'Submit'. Once this form has been submitted your flight booking will be cancelled and refund processed.
• Once you have submitted your refund request it will then be processed automatically and you do not need to take any further action. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to be processed.
• This booking cannot be re-instated after cancelling.
• Full refunds will only apply to cancelled flights. All other refunds are subject to the normal fare rules.
