Book Your Bags in Advance

• If you have any checked bags and/or sports equipment, you can book them in advance through this facility for bookings made on aerlingus.com

Change Your Booking

• Bookings made through the Aer Lingus website can be changed online (except Gold Circle redemption bookings and USA bookings including American Airlines connections). Bookings made through other channels must be changed by contacting the original sales agent.

Select Your Seat

• Passengers can choose to select and book their seat on the aircraft in advance of check-in. This service is available directly after you make your booking. If you have not availed of the service directly after making your original booking, you may do so via this 'Manage Booking' area. Seat fees start from EUR5.00 or equivalent. The seat fees are non-refundable. (There is no charge for selecting seats on flights to or from the USA).

  For operational reasons, seat selection can be overwritten on the day of travel. In the event your booking is affected by such changes we will attempt to ensure that you get a seat in a similar location or of equal value to the one you originally selected even though your seat number may change.

Advance Passenger Information

• The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Bureau of Customs and Border Protection) requires certain Advance Information about all passengers including infants travelling to and/or from the USA.

  Airlines must have this information before passengers can be checked in for flights to and/or from the USA.

  Passengers who refuse to supply this information may be restricted from entering the country by the country's immigration department.

  This information may be submitted online via this 'Manage Booking' area.

Check-in online

• Save yourself time at the airport and check-in online from the comfort of your home or office. Web Check-in is available for passengers with cabin baggage only.

View your Itinerary

• Bookings made through the Aer Lingus website (except bookings with non electronic tickets) can be retrieved. All up to date itinerary information will be displayed including your flight numbers, departure and arrival times, passenger names and any pre-booked baggage and seat assignment information where available.
• You can also request a confirmation email to be sent to your email address you provided for your booking or an alternative email address you wish to use.
• Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date. Any changes to your booking will be notified to your email address/phone number provided. To update your contact information, click 'Update contact information' option on View Itinerary page.

Book Universal Orlando Theme Park Tickets

• Passengers travelling to Orlando who plan to spend some time in the Universal Orlando Theme Park can book Theme Park Tickets in advance.
