Bookings can be cancelled free of charge if your booking includes a flight for a disrupted airport and a disrupted date.
The following bookings are excluded from the online cancellation. If you wish to cancel these bookings, you must contact the Aer Lingus helpdesk - USA bookings including JetBlue and United Airlines connections, Group bookings and Gold Circle redemption booking.
Bookings made through other channels must be cancelled by contacting the original sales agent.
You must fill in the following details in order to retrieve the flight:
Booking Reference: Unique identifier containing a series of six alpha and numeric characters, which can be found on your Email Confirmation.
Departure from: Departure city for your outward itinerary.
Arrival at: Arrival city for your outward itinerary.
Email Address: Email address used when making your booking.
Any cancellation made here will apply to all passengers for the entire journey.
Bookings cannot be reinstated when cancelled.

Cancel Your Booking
Your booking details are displayed, including pre-paid items if any.
If you wish to receive a cancellation invoice email to an alternative email address than the email address provided when making the booking, you can do so by entering your new email address. Tick the box in the delivery information section and provide the alternative email address.
You must confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions by ticking the box at bottom of the page.
A cancellation invoice email will be sent to your email address provided to confirm the cancellation within 24 hours after the cancellation is made.
