Note: Once this form has been submitted your flight booking will be cancelled and refund processed. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to be processed. This booking cannot be re-instated after cancelling. Please go back to our homepage to make new bookings.

NB. If your flight has not been affected by disruption, you are only entitled to your airport taxes minus refund administration fees.
