If you decide to change your flight Aer Lingus cannot provide your meal order and no refund will be offered. If your flight is otherwise cancelled or rescheduled you will be entitled to a refund of the pre-order meal. Once you complete and submit this refund request form, your refund will be initiated. Please permit up to 10 working days in order for the refund to be fully processed. Should you wish to place a new meal order please return to the Manage booking facility on the aerlingus.com home page and follow the instructions to place an order.
